Automation Marketplace

Getting Started

Automation Marketplace

The Automation Marketplace is a curated public library of reusable workflow building blocks. Admins can browse marketplace content and import local copies into their workspace.

Who Can Access It

Open Automation Marketplace from the workspace sidebar.

Only admins can browse and import marketplace content.

What You Can Import

The marketplace is organized into four tabs:

  • Bundles - pre-packaged combinations of document types and automations
  • Automations - complete automation flows you can run in your workspace
  • Step Definitions - reusable automation steps you can add to local automations
  • Document Types - curated type definitions that can include custom field structures

Use the search box at the top of the page to filter the public catalog.

How Imports Work

When you import something from the marketplace, Notoria creates a local workspace copy.

  • imported automations become regular workspace automations
  • imported step definitions become local step templates
  • imported document types become regular workspace document types
  • imported bundles bring in the matching pieces together

These imported items are not live-linked to the public catalog. After import, you can manage them like any other workspace record.

Bundles vs Individual Imports

Choose a bundle when you want a ready-made setup for a workflow area.

Choose individual automations, step definitions, or document types when you only need one part of the catalog.

Marketplace and Workspace Templates

Some workspace templates use the same marketplace content during workspace creation. That means a newly created workspace can start with curated document types, automations, and step templates already imported.

Marketplace and Local Automations

Marketplace imports are only the starting point. After import, you can:

  • assign an automation as the workspace default
  • connect a specific automation to a document type
  • edit imported automations and steps to fit your workflow

FAQ

Can I edit an imported automation?

Yes. Imports create local workspace copies, so you can change them after import.

Will importing the same item twice create duplicates?

Marketplace imports are tracked by their source, so imported items are not meant to duplicate every time you revisit the marketplace.

Does the marketplace only contain automations?

No. The page is named Automation Marketplace, but it also includes bundles, step definitions, and document types.
