Managing Documents in the Explorer

The Documents Page
Click "Documents" in the sidebar to open the file explorer. This is your main workspace view where all folders and documents are listed.
Grid View and List View
Use the view toggle above the document list to switch between Grid and List view.
- Grid view shows document cards with thumbnails, names, processing status, and key metadata.
- List view shows rows that are better for scanning large sets of documents and folders.
Both views work with favorites, bulk actions, drag and drop, and the current filter state.
Selecting Documents
- Click a document card to open it.
- To select a document or folder without opening it, use the selection control on the item.
- Shift-click to select a range of documents between two clicks.
Bulk Operations
With one or more documents selected, a toolbar appears at the top of the page. From this toolbar you can:
- Move - move selected items to a different folder.
- Move to Trash - send selected items to Trash instead of deleting them immediately.

Favorites
Click the star icon on any document or folder to add it to your Favorites. Favorited items appear in a dedicated "Favorites" section in the sidebar for quick access.
Drag and Drop
Drag documents or folders onto another folder to move them. This works in both Grid and List views. Drop a document on a folder card (Grid) or folder row (List) to move it inside.
FAQ
How do I rename a document?
Open the document and click on its name at the top of the page. Type the new name - changes save automatically.
Can I undo a delete?
Yes, if the item is still in Trash. Trashed items can be restored within 30 days.
Is there a limit on how many documents I can have?
No. All plans include unlimited documents. See Subscription Plans and Pricing for details on what each plan includes.
